From 6 November, four-part articles series on the Cochrane Library is featured in the Schweizerische Ärztezeitung. Previously, this newspaper rose attention to the free access to this information by means of half-page advertisements. The aim of the initiative of the Swiss Academy of Medical Sciences and the FMH is to improve awareness of the Cochrane Library among physicians. The articles also highlight the benefits, opportunities and limitations of the Cochrane Library. In addition to general information on evidence-based medicine and Cochrane, two physicians report on their experience in using the Cochrane Library. In the last article, Dr. med.
